Quakes/Dips Pre-Game

I’ll be flying back to Portland during this match, so I won’t be able to watch it. Which may be a blessing in disguise. I’d like to say that the Quakes have the potential to continue its quest of at least one point per game out of the next four, but all we can really ask from the boys is an honest effort this week. Sorry for the mailed-in preview, but I have to pack so I can take to the friendly skies tomorrow.

  You didn’t miss much. There were more missed opportunities and puzzling moments, including Smarte lackadazical clear at the end that resulted in the third goal. I’m sure Joe Cannon ripped him a new one – it was a lazy play with a man down.

  Dingdingding! You called the score! If you put down any cash at a bookies, you’d be able to reap some sort of benefit from the very disappointing game.

  The worst part is, we dominated for the first 50 minutes or so.
