MLS 2008 season is (almost) here!

Kickoff is 1pm this Saturday (tomorrow!) and if all goes according to plan, my ass will be firmly planted in a chair at the Pig and Whistle. And I’m not gonna move it until the random dudes on television stop kicking that little round ball back and forth. It is true the Quakes are not playing in any of tomorrow’s games but thats not going to stop me from celebrating the new season. I guarantee my entire day will be spent doing this

I don’t even know how many hours of footie I’ll get through but at the end of it, I suspect I’ll be a bit like this

but hopefully not like this!

So once again the MLS season begins and that means I’ll let Tribe take us out…

  In this area, the shite beer is PBR. Its also the bonafide method to “spot the hipster.” I shall be drinking neither of those thankfully.
