Our little group even joked that maybe Cannon was throwing his voice so Riley aimed incorrectly? Welcome to this season's brain fart moment number two, brought to you by SJ. A lot of times, when you see the scoreline and it says "own goal", you can sort of figure it was a deflection or bad bounce. This time, not so much. Stupid, stupid goal. Considering how that one was handed on a platter to the Revs, 2-0 isn't really that bad of a scoreline. I know the "nil" in that "2-nil" is disappointing, but it's a defensive-minded team, though someone should probably tell James Riley that. I just saw the video of the own goal … ouch.
