Jerseys now available at MLSgear

By: Melissa | March 16th, 2008

The home and away official replica jerseys are for sale over at MLSgear. I’m posting a pic of the away kit because I think it looks the best. A mean $64.99 plus whatever extra fees will put one of these into your hott little hands - hopefully in time for the Chicago game in April (2 to 4 weeks for delivery).

Personally, I’m still holding out for Alyssa Milano’s Touch clothing line to branch out into MLS. Last week, I watched an interview with her on Regis & Kelly where she said she now has deals with every major sports league in this country. My immediate reaction that statement was HELL TO THE NO YOU DON’T… BETCH. So now I have every intention of boycotting her new Lifetime original movie until she acknowledges our league and hopefully branches into it. Until then, maybe I’ll just go buy a large boys undershirt and a Beckham approved sharpie at Target and write “Earthquakes” on it.

Well I suppose its about time, but I still don’t get the “San Jose” on the home jersey, and “Earthquakes” on the away.
Oh and since I am being fussy, I still don’t like the concept of ‘home’ & ‘away’ kits to begin with. You wear your first choice unless its the same color as your opponent.

    Meh…
