Learn to speak hip

Everybody around here is waiting impatiently for the deets on Saturday’s tailgates (myself included). On the news front, Embele Awipi has an interview with Kei Kamara. Also, Joe Cannon was on last night’s Sports Sunday but the site doesn’t seem to have any video (lame). I got really bored yesterday while waiting for a friend to pick me up so I sent a Facebook friend request to Shea Salinas. And I’m pretty confident he’s going to turn me down. But I do think a fun post for The Offside would be rating MLS players’ Facebook profiles. So far, my favorite is Lawson Vaughn’s. Its the fact that he writes Notes telling everyone to attend Chivas games and signs them “The Law” that really sets him over the edge.

Alright, a new work emergency just blew up so I’m out. But if you’ve got some time to kill today, please do spend it learning how to speak hip.
