There have been a few changes to the schedule for preseason games for the Quakes. The overall schedule is still the same, as in they will still be leaving for London on the 17th of February. There is an additional exhibition game being added on March 4. The Quakes will play Colorado at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. The 2011 MLS Central Coast Showcase is the 3rd edition since its inception in 2008. The Quakes participated in the Central Coast Showcase in 2008 and 2009 with wins against Columbus and Seattle FC, respectively. Colorado’s reserve squad will play Cal Poly’s team on the 5th. Cal Poly head coach Paul Holocher was a member of the Earthquakes during the inaugural 1996 season of the MLS.
